Quick Flow Mono-Pigment Technology
FluxQF™, a new kind of pelletized quick-flow mono-pigment, offers a more flexible and sustainable alternative to liquid color. The FluxQF mono pigment technology is a highly loaded pigment formulation incorporating patented quick flow melt properties engineered for fast incorporation during plastic extrusion processes.
FluxQF is ideal for the new SpectroMetric™ 6 in-line color correction system that utilizes the perfect pigment technology when color correcting the inconsistencies of PCR and PIR during extrusion. FluxQF is available in 5 base mono-pigments: white, blue, red, yellow, green, and orange. Depending on the color being corrected during extrusion, custom FluxQF colors can be formulated for proper color correction based on the base color masterbatch formulation being utilized.
