Ampacet Corporation, Tarrytown, NY, has announced the opening of a new masterbatch production facility in Dandenong, Australia. The plant produces custom colors and additives used to add color, texture, metallic looks, paper effects and functionality to flexible packaging and other products used in the food, shipping, industrial and retail industries.
Ampacet recently opened a new state-of-the-art facility in Dandenong, Australia to produce custom color masterbatches.“We are delighted to be in Victoria, in Australia’s manufacturing hub. This state-of-the-art facility will produce custom color masterbatches and houses a new laboratory for product development and quality assurance. Processing equipment includes two twin-screw extruders equipped with the latest control systems and semi-automatic bagging systems.
