Six
Sigma Drives On-Time Delivery
One of the achievements of our Six Sigma program since it began in early
2004 has been a dramatic improvement in on-time deliveries. In 2004, our
deliveries to customers loading docks arrived when promised 94%
to 96% of the time. By December, this increased to 98% and by March 2005
it reached 99%. To maintain this level of performance, we have put an
ongoing process in place to reflect accurate shipping times so customers
can be sure they will get the Ampacet products they need when they need
them.

Worldwide,
Ampacet employees conducted a tsunami relief fund raising, and generously
gave $11,721 of their own money. Ampacet matched the employees amount,
providing a total donation of $23,442 to various tsunami relief efforts.
